What is luxury silverware?
Nispditha takes pride in crafting high-quality luxury silver jewelry. Our pieces are made from sterling silver or a silver alloy, plated with 24 karat gold, and adorned with beautiful gemstones.
What is the purity of the silver used in your jewelry?
All our silver pieces are crafted from hallmarked 92.5% silver.
What gemstones do you use?
Our jewelry incorporates a wide variety of semi-precious stones, pearls, and CZs. Detailed descriptions of the stones used in each piece are provided in the product descriptions.
Can I trust the accuracy of the product colors displayed on your website?
We strive to present colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays, colors may appear slightly different in person. Similarly, product images may not always perfectly represent the actual size.
How can I check if an item is in stock?
All available items will be displayed on the website. If you see “SOLD OUT” next to a product, it is currently unavailable. Unfortunately, even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be purchased by another customer until you complete your order.
What if a desired item is out of stock?

What happens if my Nispaditha jewelry breaks?
Jewelry, by nature, is delicate and requires care for long-lasting beauty. In the event of damage, Nispaditha offers repair services.
Repair costs depend on the extent of the damage and warranty status. Please share photos of the issue, and our team will recommend the best solution. Having your original purchase receipt will help expedite the process.
Do Nispaditha products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nispaditha jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers repairs and polish issues free of charge.
However, the warranty does not cover crushed, broken, or significantly tampered jewelry.
Additional Information
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on some of the used jewelry like nose pins and toe rings. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products.

Do you offer custom jewelry design services?
Absolutely! We can create bespoke pieces to match your unique style. To learn more about our customization options, please contact us on WhatsApp for more details.
Do you provide discounts on your jewelry?
As a company policy, we focus on delivering exceptional value for your money rather than offering frequent discounts. However, we do offer a 5% discount to customers who sign up for our email newsletter.
04. Order Tracking & Shipping
Where can I find my tracking details?
Your tracking details will be available on your account page once your order has been shipped. You’ll also receive a separate email with your tracking information for your convenience.
When will my order be shipped?
We take great care in preparing each piece for you. Most ready designs are shipped within 1–2 business days.
However, since many of our pieces are customised/made to order, the production time can range between 5–50 days, depending on the design and intricacy.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking ID. In the rare case of a delay, our team will personally reach out to inform you.
Please note: Customised/made to order pieces are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are delighted to offer worldwide shipping. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country will need to be borne by the customer.
Can I return my purchase?
We want you to love your Nispaditha piece. Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials and product tags and the invoice.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be initiated.
For international orders, return pick-up is currently unavailable. However, you can always avail our Lifetime Service & Repairs, Product Warranty, and Buyback Policy by sending your piece directly to us.
How can I change my billing address?
You can easily update your billing or shipping address by logging into your account and visiting the My Account section.
