Return & Refund Policy

Understanding Our Handmade Products

Before returning a Nispaditha product, please take a moment to understand the nature of our craftsmanship. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in slight variations and unique characteristics. Natural stones may also exhibit slight variations in color. All our products undergo rigorous quality control procedures before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges for orders that are damaged in transit, incorrect, or have genuine quality issues. In these cases, you may return the product in its original, unworn condition with all packaging materials intact.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Uncertainty about the design after delivery. We encourage you to carefully consider product details and request additional pictures or videos if needed before making a purchase.
  • Minor variations in color or design. As mentioned earlier, our products are handcrafted and may exhibit slight variations compared to website photos due to the use of natural stones.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition (except for deliveries damaged in transit).
  • For hygiene reasons, toe rings and nose pins and nose rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

Steps to Make a Return

  1. Inform Us Within 2 Days (48 Hours): If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving it. Send an email to nispaditha@gmail.com with details about the issue and pictures of the product.
  2. Photographic Proof: Our Quality Control team will review the photos to determine eligibility for return.
  3. Return Window: Products are eligible for return within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery only if they are found to be damaged, incorrect, or have a genuine quality issue. Exchanges are not permitted in other cases.
  4. Return Shipment: Once your email notification and product photos are received and approved by our Quality Control team, we will arrange for a return shipment.

Refunds or Replacements:

  • Nispaditha will replace the item free of charge if possible.
  • Alternatively, we may issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any courier charges incurred by the customer for the return shipment.
  • Please note that refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item in its original packaging.
  • We may also offer a gift card for the cost of the returned item, at our discretion.

Timeframe for Refunds:

We are not responsible for returns that we are not notified about within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued via our payment gateway within 15 days of receiving the returned product, provided the return meets our eligibility criteria.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Genuine quality issues with the product.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • Incorrect item shipped by Nispaditha.

Conditions Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

  • Expectation of faster delivery without prior communication during order placement.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
  • PO Box addresses or any other invalid address formats.
  • Packages refused by the recipient after 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Sizing issues. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guides before making a purchase.
  • Minor variations in color or design, as explained in the “Understanding Our Handmade Products” section.
  • Products that are not faulty or damaged (except for deliveries damaged in transit).
  • Customer requests to return a product after 2 days(48 hours) of delivery.
  • Cancellations of orders after 1 day (24 Hrs) of placing them.
  • Cancellations of Made-to-Order requests, the decision to accept a return or exchange request is at Nispaditha’s sole discretion.

Additional Considerations

  • This policy applies to all purchases except Made-to-Order items, where the decision to accept a return or exchange request is at Nispaditha’s sole discretion.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
