Made-to-Order Products

• Dispatch Time: Made-to-order products require a longer dispatch time of 30-50 business days.
• Payment: A 50% advance payment is required for all made-to-order products. 50% of the estimated amount is payable at the time of placing the order; the balance before delivery.
• Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order products due to their custom nature.
• We will not accept return or refunds of custom-made orders.

Order Tracking

• Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

Non-Availability on Delivery
